Kyle Pringle is a Partner at Echelon Group LLC with extensive experience in project strategy, design, pre-construction, construction, and fit-out activities across California, the US, and internationally. He has successfully managed a broad range of projects in sectors including office, hospitality, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, manufacturing, aerospace, and warehousing. Leveraging his background with major commercial general contractors, Kyle excels in developing budgets, schedules, and negotiating optimal client value, while proactively identifying design challenges early to save time and costs. He provides expert project advisory and management from team selection through project completion.

Zane Keith

Zane Keith is a Partner at Echelon Group LLC, specializing in project strategy, planning, and construction management acrossthe United States. With extensive experience leading complex construction projects, he brings a strategic mindset combined with hands-on approach to optimize value and ensure successful outcomes. Before joining Echelon, Zane started his career working as a general contractor and subcontractor in San Diego – from there moving to the real estate side of the business with senior roles at Hughes Marino and Savills North America.

Zane’s primary focus is on technical projects in the manufacturing space whether that be with defense, life science, device or other advanced technology businesses.
